oh beautiful rose with those thorns!
oh how I abominate those thorns!
those thorns had hurt me.
those thorns that made me bleed from my eyes,
those thorns that caused deep wounds,
those thorns that have caused these scars.
these scars have got to go away.
they must, or will they stay forever?
scars that remind me of those thorns,
how sharp and hurtful they were,
will I ever trust the rose again?
